We are a network of...
full-service mental health clinics helping people heal mental health disorders with a combination of traditional therapies and innovative, holistic modalities.
Our unique approach is aimed at finding the root cause of the disorder and provides an opportunity for full emotional healing. You do not have to wait any longer: our integrated model of care can help you begin healing today.
When You Choose Integrated Holistic Healing, You Can:
we are innovating and changing the model so you can heal and grow wholly and completely.
Reduce Intake of Anti-Depressants
Our approach provides you with the medications you need, but with the goal of reducing and/or eliminating chronic medication consumption.
Eliminate Side Effects
Finding the source of your illness is our mission. As we rebuild your health, we reduce your medications, which decreases your side effects.
Rebuild Positive Momentum
Our goal is to repair the internal physical damage that results in your current state of illness. As your body is healed, you gain improved mood and energy levels, leading to positive momentum.
Improve Cognition
Our goal is to control known causes of impaired cognition, such as oxidative stressors, inflammatory mediators, toxins, chemical imbalances, and dietary risk factors.
Increase Quality of Life
Our goal is to make you better and improve your quality of life by finding and addressing the source of your problem.
Integrated Healing (How We Help)
Since all systems in the body are closely connected, we use treatment techniques for healing the whole person. We help you reduce medication use, take control of your life, and employ holistic treatment options.
Comprehensive Psychiatry
Depending on location, our therapists offer hour-long therapy sessions for patients who wish to release depression, make changes in their behavior, heal broken relationships, and process trauma. We use research-based regimens such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Some of our therapists and counselors also offer life coaching, substance abuse and addiction recovery, marriage counseling, family therapy, and more.
Medication Management
Medication management appointments are a chance for providers and patients to discuss medication use and efficacy so that the provider can adjust or change doses as needed and refill prescriptions. These sessions are conducted by a psychiatric nurse practitioner or a psychiatrist.
SPRAVATO
SPRAVATO™, also known as esketamine, is a nasal spray that rapidly alleviates depressive symptoms and, when used in conjunction with therapy, assists in the rapid healing of treatment-resistant depression and other mood disorders. The approval of this drug by the FDA is considered one of the most significant advances in mental health in the last 30 years, as now patients who have failed two or more antidepressants have a safe, fast-acting solution covered by insurance.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
TMS is a non-invasive procedure for treatment-resistant depression. It delivers magnetic impulses through an electromagnetic coil to the prefrontal cortex, the region of the brain associated with mood control. TMS helps nerves begin to communicate again and reinforces positive nerve pathways. Therapy takes place five days a week for four to six weeks. Each treatment lasts less than 4 minutes. TMS is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression. We preauthorize patients to make sure that their insurance is accepted.
Telebehavioral Health
Many patients live very busy lives, not allowing them to see their psychiatric provider when needed. Our telepsychiatric services allow remote appointments with our providers, including psychiatric evaluations, talk therapy, and medication management. These appointments can be facilitated through a desktop computer or a mobile app from home or primary care doctor’s office, allowing our patients to have simple access to care.
You can see our mental health providers from anywhere.
Enjoy psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and talk therapy over secure video chat from any device.
All of our clinicians have completed 26 hrs of telehealth training to maintain the highest level of excellence in providing telebehavioral health care that meets the standards of care in telehealth.
We see people with the following health conditions:
Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and apathy. It affects how you feel, think, and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems.
Anxiety is a persistent feeling of apprehension and fear, characterized by physical symptoms such as palpitations, sweating, and feelings of stress. Anxiety disorders are a group of mental illnesses, including panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a psychological reaction occurring after experiencing a highly stressful event (such as wartime combat, physical violence, or a natural disaster) that is usually characterized by depression, anxiety, flashbacks, recurrent nightmares, and avoidance of reminders of the event.
Addiction and substance use disorders (SUD) are serious conditions that involve the use or abuse of substances despite the risk of negative consequences. An unhealthy habit of using alcohol or drugs can affect a person’s daily routine, and lead to impairment. Even when it’s clear that problems are mounting, people keep using substances and feel like they’ve lost control of their lives.
Obsessive-compulsive disorder is an anxiety disorder characterized by recurrent obsessions or compulsions or both that cause significant distress, interfere with normal daily functioning, and consume a lot of time. The affected individual recognizes these obsessions and compulsions as excessive or unreasonable.
ADHD (Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder) is a persistent condition usually indicated by continuing patterns of inattention. It can cause uncontrollable hyperactivity that can interfere with daily function or development. It is often most identified during childhood, but can also affect adults. ADHD can lead to precarious relationships, poor job or academic performance, low self-esteem, and other issues.
Bipolar disorder is a mood disorder sometimes called manic-depression which involves cycles of depression and elation or mania. It is characterized by unpredictable changes in mood and impaired social function.
There are many eating disorders, and their symptoms usually develop early in life. If left untreated, eating disorders can have a severe overall impact on the body.
A dual diagnosis is a mental disorder compounded by substance abuse or addiction, including alcohol. That creates a complex condition with a wide variety of effects that are often difficult to manage.
Postpartum depression is moderate to severe depression in a woman after she has given birth. It may occur soon after delivery or up to a year later. Most of the time, it occurs within the first three months after delivery.
